Who we are
LADY POWER INC. is a mommas of African descent-led, nonprofit coalition based in Fort Bend, servicing Harris and Galveston Counties of Texas and expanding globally. Women of African descent and women of color in the United States and abroad continue to be disproportionately disenfranchised, are underpaid, undervalued. We are underserved in health and wellness, maternal health, education, housing and economic areas of daily life. These barriers have prevented women from growing and thriving regardless of their socioeconomic status. We empower and serve by helping them overcome these societal inequities and disparities by restorative, equitable and reparative measures.

OUR MISSION
Providing marginalized women with essential resources to become empowered leaders who change the world.
OUR VISION
We envision a world where people of African descent and people of color are healed and restored from the damages of racism and classism. Have access to opportunity and resources to be able to thrive in their God given purpose to build family and community. That every person's humanity is acknowledged through equitable and restorative measures in education, maternal/health and wellness care, spiritual well-being, housing, economic, social and environmental justice.
